Thanksgiving Day (ENG-ESP)

Hello, my dear friends in this community. How are you, my HIVEROS? I hope you are all doing well and having a great start to the week. God bless you all. Today, I want to share with you a very special dinner I had with my husband. I am posting it now because I have been very busy, as that dinner was on Thanksgiving Day.

Hola mis queridos amigos de esta comunidad como están mi HIVEROS, espero que muy bien que tenga un inicio de semana todos y que Dios los bendiga, bueno hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una cena muy especial que tuve con mi esposo lo vengo a publicar ahora ya que estuve muyyy ocupada, ya que esa cena fue el día de acción y gracia.

Well, let's get started, friends. I had everything ready early on, but I didn't take any photos of how I made the chicken. I only took these photos of our dinner. As you can see in the pictures, I made several things, and I forgot to take photos of some other little things.

Bueno empecemos amigos ya yo había preparado todo desde temprano pero no tome foto de como hice el pollo solo tomé estas fotos en la cena de nosotros, pues como ven en las imágenes hice varias cosas y me faltaron otras cositas que también se me olvidaron las fotos.

Well, I'll tell you, I made a baked chicken with olives, capers, raisins, orange juice, and I decorated it with some orange slices, but please, if you're going to make it, remove the peel from the orange, ha ha ha. Well, I also made a potato, egg, and carrot salad. My husband had bought some Sicilian bread, I don't know how to say it, ha ha ha. and then I waited for him to come home from work and we had dinner at around 8:30 pm. We gave thanks to God for this meal and for everything our family and friends have experienced and for the world. because my dear husband loved the chicken. It was really delicious. It tasted like Christmas, ha ha ha. The truth is that it was a very special dinner. It was the second time we celebrated it. Bueno les cuento hice un pollo al horno con, aceitunas, alcaparras, pasas, jugo de naranja y le coloqué en la decoración unas rodajas de naranja pero por favor si la van hacer quítenle la concha a la naranja jajaajjj, bueno también hice una ensalada de papa huevo y zanahoria, mi esposo había comprado un pan ciciliano no sé cómo se dice jajaja, y pues esperé que él llegara de trabajar y cenamos como a las 8:30pm de la noche, le dimos gracias a Dios por esta comida y por todo lo vivido por la familia y amigos y por el mundo, pues a mi querido esposo le encanto el pollo es que estaba muy rico de verdad sabía a navidad jajaajj la verdad que fue una cena muy especial segunda vez que lo celebró la primera vez fue en Miami en Estados Unidos y ahora aquí en mi isla amada, bueno amigos hasta aquí mi post cuídense mucho y gracias por leer hasta luego❤️
