Neo65 Sonic HE+ with OwLab Nova Hall Effect switches

The Neo65 Sonic HE+ from QwertyKeys takes the familiar Neo65 design and upgrades it with OwLab Nova Hall Effect switches and an 8000 Hz polling rate, turning it into one of the most advanced 65% keyboards of 2025. Built from solid CNC-milled aluminum with internal and external weights, it’s remarkably sturdy — and at 1.5 kg, it doesn’t budge even during intense gaming.
Typing feels crisp and precise thanks to the carbon fiber plate, gasket mount, and well-tuned dampening layers. The magnetic switches deliver adjustable actuation down to 0.01 mm, Rapid Trigger, and a host of smart input options like Dynamic Keystroke and Rappy Snappy. The board is also powered by one of the best browser configurators around, letting users tweak everything without installing software.
A few small compromises remain — there’s no VIA/QMK support, and the sound profile leans slightly thin — but at $125, the Sonic HE+ offers an outstanding balance of performance, build quality, and typing feel.
