Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another recipe blog. I hope you guys all are well. Today is Sunday and I am also very excited for sharing a new recipe with all of you that I cooked today for guests. Then I thought for also posting in this community my recipe which is very delicious and everyones favourite. I cooked Restaurant style Biryani using new techniques. My every style of cooking biryani is very special. So I want to share my recipe with all of you let's start the process.

Ingredients

One kg chicken

One and half kg rice

Onions

Tomato

Green chillies

Yogurt

Ginger garlic paste

Spices

One egg

Salt

Red chilli

Biryani masala

Cumin seeds

Black pepper

Garam masala

Process

First I washed chicken then put it in a bowl. Then I added one egg one tablespoon ginger garlic paste salt red chilli and turmeric then I mixed well and put for rest 15 minutes.

After this I fried in the oil chicken pieces and put aside. I stir fry onions and added ginger garlic paste tomato and green chillies.

Then I mixed biryani masala in the yogurt and added in the ingredients and again cooked. I also added whole spices and fried chicken in the gravy and cooked again.


I cooked chicken masala and put it aside then boiled rice adding salt cumin seeds and lemon in the rice. I layered rice in two steps of chicken masala and rice. At the top I spread yellow food colour and put on dum at low flame.


After five minutes I opened the lid and my recipe is ready for serving. You can see final look.
