My Actifit Report Card: January 8 2026

Today was all about staying active at home! I swept the floors, making sure every corner was clean, and watered the plants to keep them thriving. Preparing meals from scratch not only filled the house with delicious smells but also kept me on my feet. I fed our dogs and cats, who are always so eager and full of life—their excitement is contagious!

By the end of the day, I was happy to see my step count surpass 10,000+. Every little chore adds up, and I’m grateful for the energy and movement.
