A Colorful Day Exploring The Beauty Of Baguio City

This is my part 2 blog about my trip to Baguio City. In my first post, I shared about the start of my vacation and how I enjoyed exploring some cafes here in baguio. This time, I want to share more about the places we went to and the fun experiences I had with my family. Baguio is truly a special place, full of color, life, and beauty.

One of the first things we did during our stay was visit a garden area. The view was amazing rows of plants and flowers stretched across the land. Some of the flowers were big and colorful, and the air smelled fresh. I could see greenhouses lined up one after another, where farmers grew different plants. The sky was cloudy that day, but it made the place look calm and relaxing. From where we stood, I could see the houses on the hills and the wide mountains in the distance. It felt peaceful, like time was slowing down.

After that, we explored more around the city. I saw colorful houses painted in bright shades of blue, yellow, and orange. The walls had beautiful designs and flowers painted on them, making the whole place look cheerful. Below those houses was a river that ran between the rocks. The sound of the flowing water made the scene even more relaxing. It was one of the most unique places I saw in Baguio because the buildings looked like a giant mural.

While walking around, I also saw a signboard showing the names of different farms and gardens in the area. It reminded me of how Baguio is known for its farming and fresh produce. There were names of flower gardens and strawberry farms. It made me realize how many places there are to explore in Baguio, each with its own charm.

I also took some time to take pictures. I enjoyed posing in spots with nice backgrounds. In one picture, I was standing in a place with bright pink flowers covering the ground. The color was so beautiful that it looked like a painting. I was wearing a simple blue dress with white lace, which matched the soft and peaceful feel of the place. In another photo, I took a mirror shot inside a room with a pretty gold frame. It felt nice to capture small moments like these because they remind me of how happy and relaxed I was during the trip.

Later that day, my mother and I decided to walk around the market area. There were many stalls selling food, snacks, and local treats. One of the snacks that caught our attention was tanghulu fruits on a stick covered in a sweet, shiny sugar coating. It looked colorful and fun to eat, so we both decided to try it.

The tanghulu we bought had red and green fruits, and when I took a bite, it was crunchy on the outside and sweet inside. My mother also enjoyed hers and couldn’t stop smiling as she ate it. It was such a simple moment, but it made me happy because we were sharing something new together.

Eating tanghulu with my mother was one of my favorite memories from this trip. We laughed and took pictures while enjoying the treat. Around us, people were busy buying food, taking photos, and enjoying the cool Baguio air. The market was full of life, and I loved hearing the sound of people chatting and laughing. It made me feel connected to the place.

After our snack, we continued to explore. I noticed how artistic and lively Baguio is. Everywhere you look, there is something from creative walls to charming walkways. I even passed by a wooden bridge surrounded by plants. It looked like something from a storybook. Every corner of Baguio seemed to have a unique and natural beauty that made me appreciate the city even more.

As the day ended, I looked around and felt thankful. The trip was not just about visiting places but also about creating memories with my family. I enjoyed every moment from taking photos, walking in gardens, eating local food, and spending time with my mother. Each activity made me realize how nice it is to slow down and enjoy life’s simple joys.

Baguio has a special charm that makes people want to come back again and again. The mix of cold weather, kind people, and colorful surroundings gives a feeling of comfort and happiness. Even though this was just part two of my vacation, it was full of experiences that I will never forget.

When I think back to that day, I remember the laughter, the delicious tanghulu, the smell of flowers, and the cool mountain breeze. It was a wonderful day, and I’m glad I captured those moments through photos. My Baguio trip was truly worth it full of beauty, fun, and happy memories that I’ll always keep with me.
