Well, in another order of ideas, normally puppies get their period at seven months, in this regard I read that:

Most dogs have their first heat when then are about 6 months old, but this varies a lot and can be as late as 2.5 years old. From then on, most dogs have a heat every 6-7 months (approximately twice a year).

In the end I could not calculate Mini's age, the truth is that when she had her first heat, she was locked up in the house, I only took her out to the yard early in the morning and late at night to avoid the approach of all the neighbors of the entire urbanization because the word spread, but in my absence, Mini was innocently surprised (Althought I imagine she enjoyed lol), I don't know how a gray neighbor did who forced his way in through the crack in the fence and when I arrived from work in the afternoon, my mother-in-law told me what happened, at first I was sorry, but I resigned myself, then I forgot about the case.

I have had pets before and I know how to identify their attitudes, their gestures and what they want to tell you, when they get sick, when they need something, among other things, because I am a detail-oriented person; At the beginning of September 2019, making love to Mini, I saw her bulging belly and developed boobs and I had no doubt that she is pregnant, my care began and on September 18, 2019 my grandchildren were born.

I approached and she with her maternal instinct, although she loved me, lowered her head and with her neck she protected her four children: three females and one male, I took a picture of her and published it on my social networks because I needed to find a home for the new members. of the family and the next day three of them already had new parents, I was missing one, but I selected who I was going to give it to, I was not going to give it to just anyone, it has to be people who are going to take care of them and protect as a member of the family.

I hesitated to include this part in this story, but it is part of it, I don't remember if it was the same day or the next day, but I had an instinct and I started to check the furniture and found a fifth dead son in a corner, it had a black color, without Mini noticing, I wrapped it in a cloth and buried it in the yard behind the house.

It was a month of care, we did not violate the protection of the puppies, nor did we try to make Mini think that her children were unprotected, she got tired and sometimes when her children slept, she got out of the bed and lay down on the floor near them Sometimes it was the opposite, she went to feed them; I knew that after a month I had to start delivering them:

When should you start to wean puppies? You should start weaning a puppy when they are around three weeks old. This process can continue until the seventh or eighth week.

I delivered them, two right here in Maracay and two in Caracas, their names were in order of delivery: Sasha, Rocket, Serena and the last one who hadn't been named yet.

Mini got up the next day, looked for them, but then as if nothing had happened, they get used to it and she knows that our love would always be with her and her children protected because I followed up on their growth.

Llegaron los hijos.

En el post anterior hablé de cuando adopté a Mini, comienzo hoy mostrándole cuando me atreví a hacerle el primer corte de pelo a mi hija, les confieso que no tenía idea de cómo cortárselo, le dije al peluquero que confío en él, también les confieso que no me gustó mucho jeje, pero era la primera vez.

Bueno, en otro orden de ideas, normalmente a los perritos les viene la regla a los siete meses, al respecto leí que:

El primer celo de una perra generalmente comenzará entre los 6 y los 15 meses de edad, luego, una vez que entre en la madurez, ocurrirá aproximadamente cada 7 meses...

Al final no pude calcular la edad de Mini, lo cierto es que cuando le dio el primer celo, estaba encerrada, solo la sacaba al patio temprano en la mañana y tarde en la noche para evitar el acercamiento de todos los vecinos de toda la urbanización porque se corría la voz, pero en mi ausencia, Mini fue inocentemente sorprendida (Aunque me imagino que ella lo disfrutó jeje), no sé cómo hizo un vecino color gris que entró a la fuerza por la rendija de la reja y cuando yo llegué en la tarde del trabajo, mi suegra me contó lo sucedido, al principio lo lamenté, pero me resigné, luego me olvidé del caso.

Yo anteriormente he tenido mascotas y sé identificar las actitudes de ellos, sus gestos y lo que te quieren decir, cuando se enferman, cuando necesitan algo, entre otras cosas, porque soy detallista; A principios de septiembre de 2019 haciéndole cariño a Mini, le vi la barriga abultada y las tetas desarrolladas y no me quedó duda de que está embarazada, empezaron mis cuidados y el 18 de septiembre de 2019 nacieron mis nietos.

Me acerqué y ella con su instinto materno, aunque me amaba, bajó su cabeza y con su cuello protegía a sus cuatro hijos: tres hembras y un varón, le tomé foto y lo publiqué en mis redes sociales porque necesitaba buscarles hogar a los nuevos miembros de la familia y al día siguiente ya tres de ellos tenía nuevos padres, me faltaba uno, pero yo seleccionaba a quién se lo iba a dar, no se lo iba a dar a cualquier persona, tiene que ser personas que los van a cuidar y proteger como un miembro más de la familia.

Dudé en incluir esta parte en esta historia, pero es que forma parte de la misma, no recuerdo si fue el mismo día o al día siguiente, pero tuve un instinto y me puse a revisar los muebles y encontré un quinto hijo negrito muerto en una esquina, sin que Mini se de cuenta, lo envolví entre una tela y lo enterré en el patio detrás de la casa.

Fue un mes de cuidado, no vulneramos la protección de los cachorros, ni intentamos que Mini pensara que sus hijos estaban desprotegidos, ella se cansaba y a veces cuando sus hijos dormían, ella se salía de la camita y se acostaba en el piso cerca de ellos, a veces, era al contrario, ella iba a alimentarlos; Sabía que al mes debía empezar a entregarlos:

El tiempo mínimo que un cachorro debe estar junto a su madre es de 6 semanas, período en el que el cachorro inicia su destete. No obstante, lo más habitual es que el destete se prolongue hasta, aproximadamente, las 8 semanas de vida. Entonces sí es el momento óptimo para separar al cachorro de su madre

Los entregué, dos aquí mismo en Maracay y dos en Caracas, sus nombres fueron en orden de entrega: Sasha, Rocket, Serena y la última que no le habían puesto nombre aún.

Mini se levantó al día siguiente, los buscó, pero luego como si no pasó nada, ellos se acostumbran y sabe que nuestro amor siempre estaría con ella y sus hijos protegidos porque les hice seguimiento en su crecimiento.

Desde entonces siempre les pedí fotos a los nuevos padres.
