My Actifit Report Card: June 14 2025

Today was an interesting day for activity. Started out with some housework and then I took a walk to go look for a disc I lost yesterday, which i found quickly!

Then went down and played nineteen holes of disc golf with a friend. We traveled farther than normal and we made it through fifteen holes. Then the rain came in, we took some shelter in some close by scrub oak. Then the hail came, it was crazy! Twenty minutes later and the sun was back out, we finished the round and went for food.
