My personal take on the Macbook Air M2 - 2022

Maybe this is an unpopular take, but I absolutely love the new design language of MacBook Air 2022. Unlike on mobile phones, notch on a laptop screen seems much more practical and convenient until they come with a punchhole tech for these gadgets. You’re literally getting more screen real estate here. I don't see why you'd rather have a big bezel covering that part of the extra screen instead of this.
Also the square, boxy design is gorgeous af. Maybe that's just me but I've always found the square, boxy, rugged shapes in gadgets (phones, tablets, laptops) more appealing. This is why I always adored Sony Xperia Z phones when they were a thing.
Also for the new MacBook, the Magsafe charging with the fast charging capability makes it a very good addition for today's times. The whole thing, the laptop overall, feels very appealing except the one thing that's probably itching everyone.
The only; or at least main downside of this PC would be the price. $1200 for the base variant (8/256gb memory & ssd space) of this entry level laptop isn’t really something one would take casually. And with the inflation and overall economic state, this price becomes abnormal to a whole new level for us Bangladeshi people. Hopefully the economy will recover and become stable by the time this PC hits the shelves, so at least a few more of us can afford this pretty cool of a gadget.
