Should I put my strongest workers on a Grain plot versus on the Iron plot?

Land 1.75 has been here In Splinterlands and the game has changed ever since. Already a couple of weeks ago the I had noticed that one of my plots that was a grain factory had all of a sudden turned into an iron factory which was something I was totally not aware of that that would be happening.
Then ofcourse later I found out that I needed grain to also harvest the Ore in the game as grain is like the life line of all production in the land of Pretoria.
I decided to purchase a second plot where a grain factory was already residing to also get my hands on grain to keep everything flowing as you can see here in this post at the bottom of the post.
Now it is about 10 days later and it is time to make up a moment of thinking if I did the right or not or that I should make some changes.

Change or not?
See coming from the past I had put the abolute strongest workers that I had on that plot which now had turned into an Iron factory. On Gorrondale you can see that the workers cost 8638 dark energy to keep them going, while on my fresh plot Hamford where the current grain factory is there is only 4548 grain required.
Sure there are some bonussen of 10% because of workers 'fit' the plot, but that will not make double the difference..
Now last week I found this post by @beaker007 who has some fantastic insights in what the resources are trading on
As he says himself:
'A good rule of thumb here:
If a resource’s line is below grain, it might be worth holding or trading on the hub.
If it’s above grain, it could be a good opportunity to sell.'
Hmmm...looking at the stats of my Ore and my Grain, Grain is currently worth more than Ore, so it seems a valid idea to produce more of grain than producing more of Ore. Or is this the moment when you can get it cheap and HODL That is where any trading mindfuck ever is.
Besides that. I don't like managing my cards on the land because it takes away a day of production, and not all of the cards might be suitable for the other plot in terms of bonusses and so. And a worker also has a cool down period I guess right? Or is this just for playing the card game again, and not when it comes to changing the workers on different spots of land and it will cost me a couple days of production again?
But honestly....When looking at everything in total...It does make sense to get more grain since grain is needs for everything. Might as well make the changes right?
Sighhhh....okay..Need to look into this
