El día de hoy quiero compartir con todos ustedes algunas fotografías tomadas durante mis entrenamientos de full Planche y Front Lever SAT.

Cómo siempre estoy trabajando muchísimo en las posturas para lograr la mayor fluidez y un mejor desempeño a la hora de realizar los ejercicios, y se vean lo mejor posible.

Cabe resaltar que el Front Lever SAT es un ejercicio que llevo poco de haber domingo a diferencia de la full plancha que si la domino a la perfección.

As always I'm working a lot on the postures to achieve the greatest fluidity and better performance when performing the exercises, and look the best possible.

It should be noted that the Front Lever SAT is an exercise that I have not been doing for a long time, unlike the full planche, which I have mastered to perfection.
