My Advice To Men Who Are Into Relationship

Good evening able men, am here to give you guys little advice on somethings to apply to your relationship.

Remember this message is harmless, its just a brotherly advice.

Firstly i will like to say, when you’re paying house rent or shop rent for your girlfriend, pay it in your own name, my reasons are 👇

Love is sweet, but rent is sweeter when it’s in your name.

If you rent a house or shop for your girlfriend and write it in her name, my dear, forget it, if you have misunderstanding with her and you tell her to pack out, remember physically you paid the rent but legally its her that paid the rent because its in her name, even though you take her to court, the law will see it as a gift.

Even if she runs away to another man, you can’t collect your rent back.

But if the tenancy is in your name, you are the who owns the rented apartment. She only lived there by your permission.

That way, tomorrow there won't no story that touches.

At least you will not lose in both ways.
So in conclusion anything you are doing for your girlfriend or even wife, like provision shop, cars, shops , goods, house, brotherman register it with your name, ... thanks for your time.
