Found Another Perfect Quiet Place for Grounding and Healing in Nature.

Yesterday, we went to this school yard, where the gates are always locked so no one can use this beautiful field, but we went to see if one of the entrances, which is really hiding and no one can really see it is unlocked and sure enough, it was unlocked, which was awesome and so here we are.

I guess most of the school fields here in Vancouver area are closed so that people don't bring their dogs there, which in a way was really nice, since you don't have to worry about stepping on a dog poop, or any glass etc, while grounding barefoot.

The grass was just so perfect. So soft and so short.

Plus we also had a small but steep hill on one side where you can do some climbing, which I did to get some more exercise since I had not exercised for two weeks now, since I am still not feeling my 100% and still pretty weak, so small walks and 20-25 min grounding is all I have been doing for the last two weeks.

There are also a set of stairs, which is perfect for doing some sprints and fitness in nature. This is what Jordan has been doing here during some weekends, when there is no school. These hills look pretty small but the are actually pretty steep and perfect for some sprints.

Jordan liked this place so much that he said I should come with him, so here we are, but only to relax and do some healing this time.

And we even get to enjoy the nice view of the mountains and Westminister.

I did my grounding for about 25 minutes and then I just layed down on the grass, which was supper soft ( you could actually sleep on this grass really comfortable).

This place was just so perfect to lay down because it was supper private because of all the trees and bushes covering the one whole side of the field so no one could see you. Plus we had few trees that gave us some shade when we got too hot.


This was exactly what I needed. Being in nature for almost two hours. It was my day off work, so I could afford just sitting in this gorgeous, healing nature.
I could have been sitting there all day, if I could.

Next time, I'll try meditating here, since it's just the perfect quiet spot, which it felt like I was doing while just laying on the grass.

On the way back, I found these beautiful flowers.

And some huge mushrooms, right under the tree.

And when we got home, we enjoyed a cooling and refreshing mixed berry shake, which is supper healthy and energizing.
