Un cordial saludo Amigos de #HIVE Y #SWC espero que se encuentre, el día les traigo unas fotografías de mi sección de handstand en el circuito de barra las ballenitas, me sentía muy mal del hombro derecho, pero si se pudo darle con todo, lo primero fue lo básico del handstand como transiciones como press y negativas, después me atreví a hacerlo en las paralelas altas, handstand en supino en las paralelas pequeñas cosa que me da miedo, pero poco a poco, no quería irme tan tarde así que solamente realice eso para no abandonar el equilibrio por asuntos laborales y poco tiempo para entrenar.
