Our greatest enemy...

It is trying to control everything in our path and that, around us, can generate stress, anxiety and a lot of frustration.
Today is Tuesday! I come with a reflection from my experience that I hope will help us to face this day better and the rest of the month of December...
Look, I am totally convinced that our true power lies in our actions, and many times the desire for control can be our greatest enemy.
This behavior affects not only ourselves.
Sometimes the attempt to control others can lead to conflicts, misunderstandings and breakdowns in our most valuable connections.
Although it is sometimes difficult for me to master my behavior and achieve my goals with total determination, whenever possible I set clear and simple goals in order to have a clear goal that guides me, gives me a direction and purpose.
It's like having a dream map where I define goals with discipline and work daily to achieve it and move forward. Keep going! .
Our emotions can be our best allies or our worst enemies, so I try to manage them.
And how do I do it?
By learning to recognize what I'm feeling, I give my emotions a name and look for healthy ways to manage them.
The one who does good surrounds himself with good people and the one who does evil stays, at this point I need help, I'm looking for psychological therapy is the key to open this door.
And finally and no.less important I practice self-compassion: Being kind to myself is not a sign of weakness, but of strength.
Recognizing my achievements, and forgive me for my mistakes is to get up to move forward and up.
Beware, self-pity is not feeling sorry, it has nothing to do with low self-esteem.
Self-compassion is being kind to ourselves and from there we help ourselves to stay motivated and face challenges with a better attitude.
That concludes my reflection for the day.
This is what I'm talking about is my daily challenge, trying to master my behavior. Because there are people to whom I give mini-energy and they really don't deserve it.
But for this, I have had to learn the value of who I am and the importance of the things I give to others. For example: part of who I am is knowing to whom I give my love, to whom I give the best of myself.
When we take control of our actions and manage our emotions, we open the door to a world of possibilities, of more opportunities, we just have to learn to let go of that daily eagerness to want to control everything.
From your experience... Do you know your power to dominate your mind, transforming your emotions? I keep learning and practicing it every day.
A big hug…
