Sunday Trip with my family: A day to remember

Hello there everyone! It’s me Rhea again. So today I want to share a little story during our Sunday trip together with my family.

One sunday morning at exactly 4 am. I was awaken by the sound of the alarm that I’ve heard coming from the phone of my younger brother. Since I was awoken I couldn’t sleep again so immediately turned off the alarm and went to the comfort room to take a bath. After taking a bath, I rushed into my room to find a dress that I should wear and since we are going to Capelinha de Fatima Replica I chose to wear a dress.

After preparing and getting ready for the trip we finally drove to our destination at exactly 5:30 in the morning. While we are traveling I quickly took a picture of my auntie’s dog because she’s very cute while sleeping.

After traveling for about 35 minutes we finally got there. The place is so nice and the view is amazingly breathtaking. The smooth touch of the morning sun makes me feel so relaxed and alive.

We prayed together there and took pictures. After taking pictures and videos, we took a few moments to roam around the place and enjoyed the view.

Afterwards we went back to the car and drove to Tambongon Public Market because my mother said she’s hungry and wanted to eat puto maya (sticky rice) and sikwate (hot chocolate). We traveled there for almost 10 minutes, since the public market is near from Capelinha de Fatima.

We arrived there at 6:30 in the morning. I was so shocked that I saw many people woke up early there to sell and buy foods like seafoods, fruits, breads, and also vegetables. After wandering around the place, my mother called me and asked if I want to eat puto maya and I quickly said yes and ran to her.

Here it is! I finally ate puto Maya and sikwate. This two are perfectly matched together, aside from it’s healthy it is also yummy.

While I was eating, my father bought tuyom (sea urchin) and mangoes.

After buying for our breakfast, we headed back home so that we can finally eat our breakfast.

While we’re heading back home, I was just sleeping the entire time because I got tired and wanted to sleep. After traveling for almost an hour, we got home safely, and since I didn’t eat much in the public market I decided to eat again. I had so much fun spending time with my family even just for a few hours.
