My Weekends - Weekend-Engagement #240

Hello, my fellow weekenders!
The second weekend of the year is here. I hope you're having a great weekend.
Today I found curious the topic about what I did last weekend, and you must be wondering, why?
Well, turns out this new year came to me with a major character development, including a financial one. Things changed for me in the last four weeks. But I would rather not talk about negative things. Let's talk about what I did last weekend.
As you may see on the first photo, that's a cake I baked for selling it. Right now I'm living alone and a girl must do what she's gotta do.
One thing I'm grateful it's that my sister taught me to bake cakes. And I also have been learning to do more stuff in the baking field. It's not so hard and turns out I'm not bad at it.
Since I'm living alone, I decided to bake cakes and selling on the afternoons. I took a spot at my aunt's building and put a table to place the cake. I've been investing money in ingredients and I've been trying new flavors. I bake vanilla, chocolate, banana and lemon cakes.
Fortunately, people like them and I've been gaining some money.
I have to organize a bit better though. Next week is the first day of school and I have to teach my students. Good thing I'm free in the afternoons and if I manage my time properly, I can do both; selling cakes and teaching.
So, that's what I've been doing on the weekdays and weekends.
