While on duty, they collapsed. They awakened to find their level 1 deathworlder friends, and their level 1 havenworlder companion, near them in the infirmary. Yet again they'd worked themselves into collapse, and kept forgetting to take their medicines that helped their body function. -- Anon Guest

One of the best-heeded portions of advice for Companions is, The Humans don't always know if they're in medical distress. Followed by the various subtle signs of distress so the Companion can be prepared. None of which is any good if the Ships' Human has trained themselves to mask, conceal, or play off any exhibited distress based on some form of weird ethical standard.

Which was what Human Uri had in her disfavour.

Companion Dru had missed all of Uri's subtle signs before she fumbled two words and collapsed in the middle of her shift. Which not only alarmed Dru, but everyone around them.

Uri didn't wake up until the automed had done half its work and given a preliminary diagnosis. One confirmed by Medik Jabb. Uri had been skipping her meds, most likely by accident because Dru had been asking if she'd been taking them.

"Sorry," murmured Uri. "I thought I could do more."

"Do I have to watch over you during your morning routine?" challenged Dru. "Remind you of your break hours? Like a parent?"

Uri blushed, "That... might be a good idea."

Dru sighed. "It is my job to be sure you're well. So I shall adjust my schedule and we can work on methods to help you make and keep good habits."

"Thank you," said Uri. "And you have my permission to taunt me because you're younger than I am."

"I shall also add that to my schedule," noted Dru.
