My Actifit Report Card: January 12 2025

Breakfast was fluffy blueberry pancakes and homemade sausage patties. Didn’t go to trail it was too cold and snowy. Just took her out into the front or back yard. My wife went up to work on sewing. I worked on computer projects.

Lunch was soup with grilled cheese sandwiches. We had sliced apple later for dessert. We watched two episodes of Pride and Prejudice. I worked some more on my projects while my wife went up to her sewing room.

Dinner was roast chicken breast, potatoes Anna and a salad. Watched an episode of The Old Man. Then an episode of Walker: Texas Ranger. I worked some more on the computer and my wife sewed while we watched the shows. Dessert was a chia pudding with granola on top. Anyway, thanks for reading.
