Manta Network: 2 Days Farming on Binance Launchpool

MANTA, the utility token of Manta Network, is out to be farmed on Binance Launchpool and among all the projects launched on the platform, it has perhaps the shortest farming period ever as it is only available for 2 days.

But before that, let's take a quick look at what Manta is.

What is Manta

Manta Network is the first modular Layer 2 ecosystem for EVM-native ZK applications and decentralized applications (DApps) that want to deliver the lowest cost and best experience for users.¹

The Manta Mainnet officially launched in September last year. It has its own bridge which allows users to move their assets from the Ethereum to Manta.

Accordingly, the project has received funding and/or investments from top Web3 investment funds including Binance Labs and Polychain Capital.

Two Components

This is described as the "unique L2 ecosystem on Ethereum for EVM-native ZK applications, provides a scalable and inexpensive gas-fee environment for ZK applications to deploy simply using Solidity."²

2️⃣ Manta Atlantic

The so-called "fastest ZK Layer 1 chain on Polkadot that brings programmable identities and credentials to Web3 through zkSBTs."³

The project just released its tokenomics yesterday and here's a quick overview:

• $MANTA is the native utility and governance token of the Manta Network ecosystem.

• Governance: Holders of MANTA can vote on network governance for both Manta Pacific and Manta Atlantic.

• Collator Delegation: Token holders can delegate their holdings with collators or stake $MANTA to run their collators to secure the network.

• Native Liquidity & Collateral: The token can be used in the Manta ecosystem to serve as native liquidity and collateral.

MANTA on Binance Launchpool

MANTA is the 44th project to launch on the platform and here are the brief details:

• Farming Period: 16 January at 00:00 UTC to 17th January at 23:59 UTC
• Total Rewards: 3% of token supply (30 million MANTA)
• Only users who completed KYC are eligible to participate. Residents of certain countries like Canada, Belarus, etc. are unfortunately not allowed to join.
