Secrets Written in Fire.

After retrying the mission, I prepared better gear and elixirs to face the formidable foe, fought through guards, and even brought down a towering giant with Ryoma's help. Delivering the recovered letter raised more questions than answers, leaving me to doubt whether Taka herself betrayed us.
The first formidable foe was still down but we had to start over for the second one as we died the last time. The other time, we shot these enemies from a far but this time I went close to them and cut their throat quietly.
Funnily, the one I took down in stealth last time, came forward for a fight this time., though it was an easy take.
I upgraded my armors and equipped special weapons to take down the other one who killed me last time. Then I was looking forward to kill his side kick in stealth.
But my planning of the stealth got messed up when the formidable one noticed us. I tried to keep distance from him this time but my Ronin fell down still.
I used Ryoma to stun the formidable one this time, before going to retrieve my Ronin.
After getting retrieved, I used special elixirs to increase my melee damage and to set fire on my weapons. Then both of us taught the enemy a good lesson and at last I stabbed him with the big sword.
We had to get to a room where a letter was kept that we had to retrieve, but there were two more guards. I took one of them down in stealth but the other one was at a far so I shot him down.
When we retrieved the letter successfully, there came this giant enemy to stop us, whom were not ready for. Sending Ryoma in the front, I got ready for a fight, behind him.
He had a big health bar and he was too strong for us so we had to play it together. When I was taking chance on him, Ryoma was helping and I kept switching characters.
When my Ronin lost a good health and was about to die soon, I switched to Ryoma and saved him. And then I did the final blow as my Ronin and took down the giant.
I went back to the messenger and he asked for the letter, saying he'd sell it for a higher price. I understood he was going to betray us so I took him down as well.
Then I took the letter to Taka myself and she confirmed this was the one she was looking for. It was written in Japanese so I couldn't read it but I understood it was a contract between the Japanese and the American govt.
There was this cinematic where Japanese law were torturing weak peoples, even when the weak ones tried to protest.
Then this man who is the govt head, burned the letter. I wonder how he got the letter. So, is Taka a betrayal as well?
We'll continue in another post.
