Stress obviously is part of life. Let me ask a question, what do we do in this life that does not come without stress? For some days now it have been from one thing to another because of power failure in my area. Three days back we woke up to this strong sound from our stabilizer, waking up the next morning our neighbors told us of how all their bulbs got burnt and that was just the genesis of the whole stress. Now we have to walk about daily with a charge in search of how to charge our gadgets because without it out online work is just affected.

As a woman I just wake up on a daily basis with the ful chest that I am going to have a stressful day no matter how well I know how to manage my day. Somebody will just be asking me why I have such a mindset, I do because I have kids who are not yet self sufficient, they depend on me for almost everything they do especially my little soaking baby who is not grow and at his age finds it difficult to eat other foods

With all the reasonable points I have given I have it well proven that it is impossible do avoid this stress of a thing. The only visible thing I can just do for myself is to look for possible ways by which I can manage it. What I keep telling myself is that I am not a house girl in my own house so what I do is to reduce it to the nearest minimum.

I make sure not to over work myself because for sure a little star who does not know his left from the right and anytime he needs my attention and there is not a wày i will explain the situation for him to understand.

In our present world today the skill of stress management is very important because the rete the news of fall and die is getting so alarming and most of them is just because of inadequate rest. Just on Monday while going through a street we heard that a man just passed on a night before, he just failed after dinner and that was all. No matter how we want to view it, work can not finish. So the best thing we can do for ourselves is just to manage it all.

During our women's conference last month, we where taught how to manage stress as women and maintain our body too. The speaker made us to understand that majority of the issues women face later in life is as a result of the kind of rigorous work we pass ourselves through when we are much younger and that when we are getting old all of them will resurface and now develop to the issues most women battle at old age when we might have forgotten what we did. Love for our lseld and health will push us into managing ourselves now to avoid regrets in later years to come.

Getting the best out of anything we do is just my take because there is no singular nor plural food for anyone who's lazy in any form. Put in your best and one best too will come to the point that it will walk even better than when we feel to do so room looks. Thank you for reading
