Poem - Love of a Lonely Path

A path scorched by the sun, I walk alone in a chariot, A touch of fatigue under my feet, Still, your love awakens in my mind.

A group of clouds in the sky in the distance, My mind is wandering, If you were by my side today, This path would also be beautiful.

The wind blows in a cool rhythm, Whispers your name, The wind is quiet in the fields, Your invitation rings in my mind.

The palm tree stands silent, The sky is covered with clouds, My soul is soaked in the smell of the earth, Still, I search for your value with my eyes.

How many paths have I walked and come back again and again, Still, my mind wants to be your side, As if this path understood how, The invisible call of my love.

I am alone, yet I am not tired, Your memory remains a shadow, No matter how far away you are today, My mind says that one day you will return.

This path knows my words, The pain of the wet soil, In that melody of your name, My mind floats in the afternoon light.

The sun dies, the light falls, Yet love is in the clouds, As if you are walking in my presence, Smiling in the song of the soft wind.

I see a small shadow in the distance, It feels like you are returning to Maya, I can catch you if I stretch out my hand, Yet time stands still and feels heavy.

So many stories on this road, Colors in every dust particle, The imprint of the day you walked, My mind knows, knows, and keeps the pressure.

I am tired of walking, Yet no husband stops, You are the light of my path, Black wrapped in love.
