Novel: Just for You
Part – 6
The next morning was calm. The sunlight entered through the window and illuminated every corner of the room. Tanya was sitting in front of the mirror, combing her hair, but she only saw one face, Rahat. A smile appeared on her face as she remembered that moment when she stood under the umbrella in the rain yesterday.
Mother entered the room and said, why are you laughing so much? Tanya was a little surprised and said, no, mother, nothing... just like that. But a glance in her mother's eyes showed that the girl was hiding something. Mother just smiled and left, but thought to herself that love cannot be hidden.
On the other hand, Rahat was sitting at the reading table with a book in her hand in the morning, but the letters seemed to dance before her eyes. Tanya's face appeared again and again on the pages of the book. He wondered, why are her eyes so deep? Why does it seem that this girl is my last destination every time we meet? Just then the phone rang. His friend Samiul said, everyone will come to the field this afternoon, you too. Rahat did not agree, but later thought, maybe if he went out for a while, his mind would be lighter.
In the afternoon, he went to the field and saw a girl standing in the distance waiting for someone. That girl was Tanya. Her heart suddenly stopped. She walked forward slowly, fear and joy trembling together in her chest.
Tanya said, why didn't you say anything yesterday? Rahat was surprised and asked, what should I say? Tanya said a little angrily, when I said I wanted to get wet, your eyes had a lot to say, but there was nothing on your face.
Rahat remained silent. Then he smiled and said, I was afraid… if you understood my feelings. Tanya said, I understand. But I wanted you to tell me. Their eyes met. The wind stopped, time stopped. The sun was setting in the distance in the field, the light was sparkling and spreading around.
Rahat slowly said, Tanya… I don't know if this is love or not, but now I don't like anything except your smile.
Tanya said in a low voice, then assume it is love. Rahat stared in surprise. Tears were glistening in Tanya's eyes, but there was also a glimmer of joy in those tears. Both of them walked silently towards the river. Their hair was blowing in the wind, the sunlight was glistening on the river waves.
Tanya suddenly said, Rahat, you know, I believe that if a relationship is true, then no power in the world can separate us. Rahat stopped and looked, and said, then I also believe that even if this world stops turning, I will still love you... just for you.
