Be an entrepreneur with decisiveness

Spanish Version] If you’re an entrepreneur and you’re not ready to flatten your account to zero just to keep your dream alive, then you still have a long way to go.

‎I just sat with someone doing well in business— yes, a real one — and as we spoke, he casually told me his current account balance was ₦10,000. I was shocked. But then he smiled and said something I won’t forget:
‎
‎"money is an instrument — not a trophy. Send it out, let it work, and let it return with more."
‎
‎Too many people are emotionally attached to their account balance. They want to open their banking app and see a fat figure sitting there, untouched — as if money was meant to be admired, not used. Fear holds them back from investing, from taking risks, from expanding, from pushing forward.
‎
‎But let me tell you what this person told me:
‎"Don’t be afraid to borrow, and never be afraid to reinvest in yourself or your business."
‎
‎He reminded me of Dangote — one of Africa’s richest men — who borrowed over $19 billion to build his refinery. That’s almost the same as his entire net worth. Think about it. He risked it all, not for pleasure, but for vision. For impact. For the future.
‎
‎That’s the mindset that separates dreamers from doers.
‎
‎If you haven’t yet developed the boldness to say “Nothing will happen, money will go and come!” and mean it, you’re still playing small.
‎
‎This journey of entrepreneur is not for the faint-hearted. Business will test your courage. Growth will test your conviction. But the breakthrough only comes when you lose the fear of going broke in the short term for the sake of long-term greatness.
‎
‎So here’s my word to every entrepreneur and creative minds , every builder, every visionary:
‎
‎Use your money. Send it on assignment. Stretch your faith. Take the risk. Bet on yourself.
‎
‎Because until you do, money will never serve you, you’ll keep serving it.
‎
‎And if your account balance ever drops to zero while chasing purpose, don’t panic — that’s just proof you’re all in.
‎
‎Money will come. It always does. Just keep moving. Keep building. Keep believing and establish, your needs to have the my of an industrialist.

[Spanish Version] Si eres emprendedor y no estás dispuesto a dejar tu cuenta en cero solo para mantener vivo tu sueño, entonces aún te falta mucho camino por recorrer.

Acabo de sentarme con alguien que le va muy bien en los negocios —sí, un verdadero empresario— y mientras hablábamos, me dijo casualmente que su saldo actual en la cuenta era de ₦10,000. Me sorprendió. Pero luego sonrió y dijo algo que no olvidaré:

"El dinero es un instrumento — no un trofeo. Envíalo, que trabaje, y que regrese con más."

Demasiadas personas están emocionalmente apegadas al saldo de su cuenta. Quieren abrir su aplicación bancaria y ver una cifra grande allí, intacta — como si el dinero fuera para admirar y no para usar. El miedo los detiene: a invertir, a arriesgarse, a expandirse, a avanzar.

Pero déjame decirte lo que esta persona me dijo:

"No tengas miedo de pedir prestado, y nunca tengas miedo de reinvertir en ti mismo o en tu negocio."

Me recordó a Dangote — uno de los hombres más ricos de África — quien pidió prestados más de 19 mil millones de dólares para construir su refinería. Eso es casi igual a todo su patrimonio neto. Piénsalo. Lo arriesgó todo, no por placer, sino por visión. Por impacto. Por el futuro.

Esa es la mentalidad que separa a los soñadores de los hacedores.

Si todavía no has desarrollado la valentía para decir "¡No pasa nada, el dinero va y viene!" y decirlo en serio, entonces todavía estás jugando en pequeño.

Este camino del emprendimiento no es para los débiles de corazón. Los negocios pondrán a prueba tu valentía. El crecimiento pondrá a prueba tu convicción. Pero el gran avance solo llega cuando pierdes el miedo a quedarte sin dinero a corto plazo por el bien de una grandeza a largo plazo.

Así que este es mi mensaje para todo emprendedor y mente creativa, todo constructor, todo visionario:

Usa tu dinero. Envíalo con una misión. Estira tu fe. Asume el riesgo. Apuesta por ti mismo.

Porque hasta que lo hagas, el dinero no te servirá a ti — tú seguirás sirviéndole a él.

Y si alguna vez tu cuenta baja a cero mientras persigues tu propósito, no entres en pánico — eso solo prueba que estás comprometido al 100%.

El dinero vendrá. Siempre lo hace. Solo sigue avanzando. Sigue construyendo. Sigue creyendo y establece tu mente como la de un industrial.
