My Actifit Report Card: August 18 2024

Hello everyone!!!

I really woke up too early this morning because i fell asleep to early the night before.

On 06:50am i opened my eyes and i checked the time. My mom mentioned days ago that she would like to go at the church. So i did a shower, we got ready and we went to the church around 08:00am

After that we had to do the shopping and the supermarket wasn't fay away of where we were already.

We arrived back home around 10:00am and i did the laundry without letting my mom to touch anything because she is not suppose to do anything hard, or to lift anything heavy 'cause of her health issues.

I wanted so bad to sleep at the midday but i didn't and i wasn't in the mood for my regular walking anymore.
