The first time I wore a bikini was when I celebrated my 20 years of existence in this planet. Back then, I am really shy of how will I look when I wear a bikini. I am conscious of what my body will look like and what will be the impression of the people around me. That is why during my 20th birthday (I think I already shared it in my past blog) we celebrated it in a resort and I decided to free myself from those consciousness. I decided to wear a bikini and I'm so happy that I finally overcome my fear.

These photos were taken I think months ago and I have been hiding it in my gallery (I don't know why) but I think there is still part of me where I am worrying about what people will tell about my body if I post it in social media. However, I have decided to post it (finally) to spread body positivity. People who saw and knew me they know that I have a hard time gaining weight, especially when I'm really stress because I think at that point of my life I just can't notice that I am not eating properly anymore. I just drive myself to the tasks that I am going to do, and I can't notice anymore that I am hungry. That is why, way back, 2017-2018 I was really thin. Imagine my weight back then was 38 kgs. only. But now, I am slowly diminishing that hobby and I'm proud to say that I gained weight (finally). It was not easy at all. I had to take vitamins and supplements (I should not miss a dose of it). And if you are reading this, and you are having a hard time to gain or lose weight, try to assess yourself. Try to consult doctors on what are the things that you should and should not do. Don't listen to the people who bring you down, listen to the people who will uplift your confidence in a good way. That would be all for today. Thank you for reading!
