Did you know you can also create posts via

and your post will be on
but will both be curated on MEME and HIVE staked? You can also use any other UI (like ecency and peakd) but you will need to make sure you use certain tags on your posts.

Where can you search for this information?

Everyone thinking... this will be simple right?!

(not actually for most people, hence why I am trying to help here)

You would be able to either have this information told by the token holder that created what is called an "outpost" on Hive-Engine, and that normally gets done, but it can also get tricky because if the details of the contract change (such as how much percentage the gats staked after rewards are distributed, etc), then if the owner forgets to update the community, the information might become misaligned.

And once again, my aim here is to guide people to "what is always the best way to get information"... and that is, to check the code (in this case, the DB status of the contract).

Without entering into many more details, the amount of MEME curated onto posts comes from a "pool". This pool will have configured how much curators and authors receive on posts and how long each curation period lasts. Very similar to hive, but configurable in this case.

On top of this, all the normal curation of Hive also happens. Because effectively, the post is on Hive!

The quick way to find about a certain token curation tags is to access the "comments_rewards" collection (aka "tables" in MongoDB) on the Hive-Engine blockchain database. Then search for the token symbol (MEME in this case), and you will be able to expand the config of that contract and check how its configured.

In this case, you can use 4 types of tags (one of them, is the "community tag" hive-104024 that gets used every time you post inside the MEME community (

).

So in resume, and as a conclusion, if you post on, for example, peakd and add any of the tags "meme", "memes", "memehive" or even the community, it means that anyone staked MEME will contribute to your post curation when they vote for your post.

It then gets divided 50%/50% (as seen on the configuration) between curators and author, with 10% of each getting automatically staked, and the remaining 90% made liquid.

Hope this helps... πŸ™
