CONVIÉRTETE Y CREE EN EL EVANGELIO

Tenemos 40 días para ayunar, pero no solo de comida, sino del chisme y del pecado. Siempre el sacerdote nos coloca de ejemplo que sí: yo en mi autoexamen de conciencia sé que soy chismoso, mentiroso, flojo, impuntual, irresponsable, envidioso o cualquier otro pecado, yo ayuno de él y hago la ofrenda de hacerlo mejor cada día más.

En la oración, no solo agradecer por lo que salió "cómo yo quería", sino también para pedir sabiduría, entendimiento, conocimiento, para entender aquello que en este momento se nos hace incomprensible ante nuestra condición humana. De igual forma, nos invita a orar por el desvalido, por el alejado de Dios, por nuestros enemigos, por aquellos que no conocemos, pero necesitan de Dios, orar en silencio, en gracia, en penitencia.

Y al ofrendar, este tiempo nos invita a hacerlo en silencio, solo para obtener la recompensa divina; de nada vale que hagamos el bien solo para obtener reconocimiento público, o con lo que nos sobra. Cuando ofrendemos, lo hagamos de corazón y para la ayuda del más necesitado.

Es un tiempo muy bonito que nos invita a reencontrarnos con el señor y así como participamos de otros rituales como el de año nuevo que nos preparamos con nuestras mejores ropas y comida, así debemos reconsiderar en este tiempo participar del viacrucis, confesión y otras preparaciones que se realizan antes de la Semana Santa.

Desde siempre, soy creyente, participo de todas las festividades y conmemoraciones, porque Dios no vive en mí solo en tiempos difíciles o de angustia, Dios vive conmigo desde que amanezco hasta que mi espíritu se retira a descansar, incluso cuando no entienda, porque soy su hija favorita a pesar de ser imperfecta; su amor es infinito.

Los invito a disfrutar este día y todos los venideros de su amor infinito e inviten a las familias a hacerlo porque, donde hay dos o tres reunidos por Cristo, allí está su presencia.

¡Feliz día a todas las mujeres! Porque tan importantes somos, que Jesús quiso tener una madre que es reflejo de lo que debemos ser en prudencia, obediencia, pero también en lucha y coraje, de no importar lo que digan los demás, solo importa lo que ella sabe en su corazón ¡María, ejemplo de vida!
