Coop Door Opener, Code, Spuds, Radishes, Bimart Plants, Knee Brace, Planting, Fire, Grilling - Thursday

I FINALLY have the coop door working. Yesterday morning after getting the boys to school I was hacking away at the shitty code I had written for it prior. In my exuberance to create a "big beautiful program" I added WAY WAY WAY too much to the code to do the most simple of actions.... make the motor turn.
So I removed EVERYTHING from it and now have the entire thing run on delays. No wifi, no web page, no display, no sensors, just open the door, wait 14 hours, close the door wait 10 hours. Forget the changing time with the seasons, I have it set like this and will just edit the delays when needed. This shows the delays at 12 hours but it is now 14 and 10.
The spud rows along the driveway have a bunch of the marigolds popping up through out.
I plant marigolds in all my potatoes to try and help keep pests away. Plus they look great when they flower. I have to be a bit careful digging the spuds around the marigolds but I make it work.
Found more potato radishes at size. There are a bunch that are still tiny but a nice handful of full size ones.
After noon my knee was really fucking with me and I spent some time digging around online trying to find the correct brace. I know we have one around the house somewhere but it is lost so I checked BiMart and they had one in stock so off to Deer Park I went. They had oodles of plants out front so I ended up getting more peppers and tomatoes for the greenhouse.
I got to the car and instantly put the brace on. It was instant relief. It's not perfect but it is a HUGE help with the pain. I can actually walk more normal now with it on. And it is WAY cooler being just the simple strap.
Back home I got the plants stuffed in the ground in the greenhouse. The peppers filled in the row save one spot.
The tomatoes are well filled in. I need to get the stakes and wires installed for the vertical lines. Only the 5 tall tomatoes now though.
I got the fire going in the pit earlier and got meat out to thaw.
Beef and Bison grilled for dinner.
Zapped potatoes and we had a salad with. Super tasty dinner.
3rd throw and slam in the 160. 3 throws later I gave up, that was too good and the other throws were shite.
Short time in soaking thanks to my shitty skin.
Busy day today. Boys have school events, @stryeyz is off work to go to them, the coop door is now turned on and working on the correct timers, we have a zoom call this morning, will work around the farm, then we will be heading west this evening.
