Forgiveness is one thing we have to do to free ourselves, without forgiveness just know you are in bondage people in prison will be better than you, even the bible made us to know that we should forgive one another, God forgives us on daily bases so we should also forgive don't be a hardened man with a heart of Stone. If God starts counting our sins by now no one will be existing because we have sinned and over sinned, it's just that God is a merciful God.

If we don't forgive we don't love ourselves because the only thing you can do for yourself is to forgive, if you don't forgive you are only holding yourself back and causing stagnation to yourself, as a human being you shouldn't hold things so strongly to your heart we should learn to forget some certain things, if you are a good child of God then you have to practice forgiveness every day because only by doing that you will be showing a good example to people around you, if you don't forgive then you are not representing God well and it doesn't show that you are a good Christian. If you are a type that is angered by any small little thing then you have to stop because it's excessive anger that causes unforgiveness, always seeing the bad in people, always finding fault in people. The more fault you find the more unforgiven you will be. Forgive and then forget about it, just let it go you will see that you will find peace.
