Hello Hivians and cinetv community, what a week it was. This week has been one of the longest week for me and the week since even over but I’m glad we are already on the weekend. Talking about weekend, I love watching anime, and since this week #cinetvcontest talks about one of our favourite fight scenes, there was only one fight that came to my mind. I have watched this fight over and over again. Now, this fight scene isn’t just the regular fight scenes that is greater to only a entertain the viewer, it has the embodiment of emotion in every exchange of fist, sword clash and every words said during the fight.
My favorite fight scene comes from a anime movie titled “Demon Slayer: Mugen Train”
And the fight was between Rengoku Vs Akara.
Now, I won’t be exaggerating if I said the movie sent a chill down my spine. Demon slayer: Mugen Train is actually a good movie because we saw a different angle of the life of Rengoku but what made the movie so great was the fight between Rengoku and Akaza. You can go watch reaction of this fight scene on YouTube and see how crazy it drive people.
What made this fight so good was that, Rengoku was fighting to save some powerless people who didn’t stand a chance against Akaza, it was not like Rengoku stood a chance in the beginning but to save the life of the people on the train, he had to fight until his last breath, trying to hold off Akaza until the sun came up.
The fact that Akaza was impressed by Rengoku determination, and wanted him to become a demon shows how strong Rengoku was but yet, he chose to side with humanity and was ready to give his life for it.
The emotion that came with this scene left me in tears, the last time I cried watching a movie, I can’t even remember but I’ll always remember this fight scene because it brought tears to my eyes anytime I watch it.
I have seen so many fighting scene but very few holds an embodiment of emotions. Even while I was being entertained, I was wishing for the survival of the people on the train and hoping that Rengoku would survive until the sun rise but he didn’t. He had the choice to choose to be a demon and become more powerful but he didn’t, he wanted to protect.
The scenes that came after the fight was another touching part. He was about to die but he had a smile on his face, he might have love the fight but he won the battle in the heart of the people. After leaving encouraging words for the young ones, he started seeing the spirit of his mother, welcoming him to rest, what a beautiful way to send off a hero.
That fight scene is still the best for me and if you don’t believe it, take a watch or watch other people reaction to the fight on YouTube. Everyone was crying to a fight scene.
Thanks for reading. My name is Fashtioluwa.
