When coffee is life...you just can't resist it

Last Sunday I was able to go out again and visited one of the coffee shops in Estancia Mall in Pasig. It's one of the branches of Blue Wonder Coffee and Bean Roastery. I wrote about the coffee shop 2 or 3 months ago I think and it was about their branch in Cartimar.

This time I'll write about their branch in Estancia Mall that is way way way better than the one in Cartimar. I guess it is because the place where it is located has some class, an upper-class mall actually.

That is the coffee shop facade inside the mall. And if you read my

review you will know the difference just from looking at the facade of the shop. They also have an exciting counter where you can also seat at the bar if you want to watch them do the coffee that they serve.

This is Edgar one of the baristas that I was able to interview while I'm enjoying their coffee. I was supposed to interview him about the coffee grinders but ended up asking more about the variants of their coffee.

The whole shop itself is a lot different from the other branch. They are more friendlier and accommodating. The setup is awesome. They have a small private room that you can use for meetings. A very nice view that can take you somewhere far far away while you are having coffee.

My mind totally changed on what I was planning to write when I was there inside the shop. I became so curious about the taste of their coffee. Is it the same with the other branch? I wanted to check if their coffee tastes the same but the variants made me so curious about their taste that I ordered a different variant from what I had. This time I tried their hot orange cappuccino. I tried the cold version of it but the hot version made me so curious if it is also refreshing. Guess what? Just like the cold version, it still refreshing even if it's hot, and not only that it has pulp bits too that make the coffee exciting to drink.

Look how cute their hot orange cappuccino is. Yes, I also do look at the presentation of the coffee and not just the taste. Having a nice presentation is a bonus for me but the taste should always be superb.

Their cakes and pastries also taste good but they have limited choices when it comes to their cake and pastries. I ordered the blueberry cheesecake while my friends had choco creampuff, beef bulgogi, golden cappuccino, and brewed coffee. The Golden Cappuccino tastes good but I think it is too sweet for me.

I loved everything about this coffee shop. The table setup may seem like people are next to each other but it is really not. They made sure that each group doesn't hear the other's conversation. And looks like I have to make another article about the grinders and different coffee machines. Of course, I may have changed my mind on what to write but it doesn't stop me to ask about certain things that we wanted to know about grinders and beans.

My next article will be all about this stuff...

And if you've come this far... I hope that I was able to entertain you and made you smile... and for that Thank you.
