My Respectable Hivers? Has Pixabay Been Giving You Problems?

So it happened! You tried to right-click on a picture on Pixabay that you wanted to use in one of your articles here on this writing platform to copy its image link address and all you ultimately got was an annoying message in your article that the picture was "Not Found." I know what you're going through, but I can't quite pinpoint what Pixabay has been doing.
I was trying different methods to get around this same debacle with Pixabay. Then I found a few different methods to insert a picture from Pixabay into one of my articles. In fact, I used one of those methods to insert the picture above herein from the Pixabay website.
All you have to do is drag the picture or image from its place on Pixabay by left-clicking it and holding down your left mouse button and then bringing the picture or image over to the spot in your article where you wish to insert it and then release it there. Now, what may happen is you may get a situation in which that picture will fill your entire computer screen. If that should happen, then copy its address from the top where the address field is and then press the backspace key to get back to the rough draft of your article.
Once you have backspaced, then you can go to your toolbar at the top of your article and click the icon of a landscape. Then click "Image Link" as you used to do so before Pixabay made its changes with the way you retrieve their pictures for your articles.
Paste the image link address in the bottom field of the icon that pops up on your screen where it reads "Image Link." Then, on the top field of it where it reads "Image Text," type in your information about the author of the picture or image and name "Pixabay" as your source as you normally would do. Lastly, left-click the "Add" icon to finalize this procedure.
If you need any clarification of the instructions I have provided to you herein, feel free to direct your questions to me in the comments section below. I want everyone to have a good experience in utilizing these new methods to retrieve pictures and images from the Pixabay website for your articles here on the Hive writing platform.
I know that these changes with Pixabay are an extreme nuisance. I admit that I was even on the brink of throwing a temper tantrum upon first learning about them. I don't like them any more than you do. However, the only thing that we can do is stay on top of everything and try to make the best of it.
If you don't wish to deal with all these difficulties that Pixabay has now imposed upon its users, you can always go to the Pexels website to retrieve pictures from it. However, Pexels doesn't have as much to choose from as Pixabay does. It's better to learn the new methods on how to retrieve what you need from Pixabay for your articles.
