Why Simplicity Is the Hardest Tech Skill

Hive devs, creators, tinkerers—can we talk about simplicity?
It took me years to realize that building simple tech is 10x harder than building something complex.
When our micro-payment blockchain failed, we kept asking: “How do we add more features?”
Wrong question.
What I should’ve asked:
❌ What can we remove?
✅ What is the core value people need?
Now I’m obsessed with minimal tech stacks, intuitive UI, and projects that say more with less.
If you’re building something right now—what’s the one part of it you’re afraid to cut?
Let’s rethink complexity 💡
