This is the fabric and they are two of them as you can see i only made one and next time I will make the rest is a uniform we used in the church for December Thanksgiving and many people are yet to make theirs so some of my group people gave me to make for them so i decided to show the process here in the needleworkmonday

Let me take you through the cutting process, firstly i cutt the upper part of the gown using the pattern paper i drafted for it. The neck of the dress is a cutt together turtle neck

It is good to work with pattern drafting is gives your clothes better fitting

The measurements are:

  1. Shoulder

  2. Chest Length

  3. Burst

  4. Niple Point

  5. Burst Span or Nipple to nipple

  6. Under burst

  7. Waist Length and Waist Circumstance

  8. Hip Length and Hip Circumstance

  9. Full Length

Shoulder is divided into two while other measurements are divided into four

Then we use the clothes to cut out the lining

This is the three steps, first attached is the flare part followed by first gathers before the second gathers how i started after cutting the upper part with waist length of 17inches the remaining length was divided into 3 parts i got egual length which was used to cut the three steps, first joining which is flare and the left two parts was cutt straight after making gathers with it was fixed on the first step which is the flare fellowed by the second gathers though their gathers were not much just little of it

I used my home made bra cup as you can see when i was attaching them to the provided space for them in the upper bodies
