Jugar Basketball se ha convertido en una actividad extra no solo ara ejercitarnos si no también para pasar tiempo en familia y distraernos sanamente, la idea surgió por mi hija a la que le encanta este deporte, un día íbamos pasando en un carro y vimos la cancha en un parque cercano a nuestro casa, así que decidimos ir todos los domingos como rutina.

Playing Basketball has become an extra activity not only to exercise but also to spend time with the family and have a healthy distraction, the idea came from my daughter who loves this sport, one day we were passing by in a car and we saw the court in a park near our house, so we decided to go every Sunday as a routine.
