The Consequences of Anger in My Life

This is my first time of writing in this community and hoping to learn from the community to growth and development.

Naturally if you don't get angry as human being I must say one part of being a human is missing in you or maybe you always alone everytime and day. We are made to be angry and that's part of what makes us human being but how will deal and handle anger matter most.

I must not forget the personal experience and encounter I had then during my school days which I had a serious argument with my colleagues in the football team, I wasn't calming down at all, cos I was very furious and my reaction was intensively wrong, the word I spoke are of bully and I couldn't stop or control myself but maturedly that he kept quiet without saying anything I later realize what I have done and I apologize honorably and till today we are still a friend.

I have another experience with one of my neighbors she really quickly get angry about anything either big or small encounter, she rose to her feet shouting, says a lot of negative words and I noticed this in that her anger issue as cause a damage to her own health cos she always has high blood pressure, having fatigue and always look stressful and unhappy. Anger can result in denial of good health.

Another consequence is loss of focus. Whenever I get angry, I find it very difficult to do simple task in proper manner. It becomes difficult to read, work,and often feel restless and heart will be beating faster.Anger has cost me a lot I have missed opportunities because I get angry.

Now I have realized what anger can destroy and I have learnt to manage it through getting along with people and listening to positive tapes and motivation quotes, I put more effort in what I love, watching football, listening to music, stay out with my friends to have some fun go to eateries to eat good taste meal. By making out and engaged more in what makes me happy I have been able to deal with anger.

I have also realized that forgiveness is one of the best thing to do to yourself, forgive yourself, forgive others who offend you and move on with clean and happy mind.

Life is too short to spend it in rage of anger. I think we all need peace over anger not only protects relationships but also keeps the mind and body healthier.
