My Actifit Report Card: November 23 2025

Another month to go until winter solstice. Thats when daylight hours are at a minimum which heralds the beginning of lengthening daylight hours again.

I am always pleased to reach the new year as it gives me a feeling of a new beginning. A fresh start with spring coming, shoots appearing, snow thawing, etc.

Well, I can dream a bit can't I? While I wait patiently. 🤣
