Scenes from the Harbour

Shortly after leaving the parliament grounds, and just across the street is the local harbour. Watching over the harbour is the Fairmont Empress hotel (which looks to be under construction). That would be a great place to stay, but probably costly. Plenty of yachts docked around here; even a live band playing around the corner! Want a snack or buy a few souveniers — this is the place. Check out the pontoon planes coming and going, pretty cool for a landlubber like myself. What a great day it was to be moseying around the harbour, blue skies and sun rays galore.
