Experiencing A Few Technical Issues

Sunsynk being the manufacturer of the solar system are having some technical issues with a fix being set for a weeks time on the 18th. This does sound like a long time for an app fix and do think it is something far more serious.
Over the last few days we have been struggling with the solar system and tonight disconnected from the mains as the batteries were not draining through use like they should have. This has to be the inverter and hope it is nothing serious because things were just coming right.
My installer phoned me this evening to disconnect from the grid and he will pop over in the morning and with Sunsynk get things back to normal. The problem arose once we installed the switch over switch last Thursday and the solar app has bee playing up not showing the house consumption live so you are not sure where you stand. The battery was remaining 100% full and after I disconnected from the grid the battery is now being used.
An our later at least the batteries are being used and the percentage is dropping slowly. I am more than happy to keep the grid switch down for now and to see if we can make it though the night and to test this tomorrow for a full 24 hours. The switch that was fitted was meant to remove the manual process and the only difference so the inverter for some reason is not synchronized properly and what needs to be fixed.
This is great having your installer as back up monitoring your system as well as the suppliers Sunsynk which is something they do free of charge and is part of the service. I know a few others with solar and they have no one checking on their behalf and are on their own.
The switch on the far left had to be pushed down as for some reason the batteries are not being used and remain 100% full. This at least uses the batteries and will last us until sun rise comfortably as this is only an 8 hour stretch until 6am before the batteries start charging again.
This is kind of two steps forward and one step backwards currently which is a little frustrating as I would like to see the difference we made last week removing wasted consumption from the unused under floor eating and blown flood lights. I was ignorant to the fact these items were still consuming power and the flood lights were replaced and are now working using LED. I hate to know how much electricity they consumed over the years.
Hoping for some good news tomorrow and to see how on the ball Sunsynk technical are. Thus far they have been very good when they came out at 10 pm to help synchronize the inverter when it was first installed.
