Saludos amigos de #Hive y compañeros de #SWC, en este post les comparto un poco del talento de amiguita abril de 7 años de edad que ha entrenado en mi parque y que le he enseñado un poco de lo que es la calistenia. Ella es una niña muy enérgica y le gusta mucho la actividad física y en lo que empezó a verme entrenar freestyle y estáticos le encantó y también comenzó a tratar de hacer algunos trucos por si sola, yo trato de ayudarla para que no se caiga de la barra pero me impresiona que tiene mucha fuerza de agarre y se siente segura al colgarse.
Greetings #Hive friends and fellow #SWC members, in this post I share with you some of the talent of my 7 year old friend April who has trained in my park and I have taught her a little bit of what calisthenics is. She is a very energetic girl and loves physical activity and as soon as she started watching me train freestyle and static she loved it and also started trying to do some tricks on her own, I try to help her so she doesn't fall off the bar but I'm impressed that she has a lot of grip strength and feels confident when hanging.
Por su seguridad no le he enseñado ningún truco de los dinámicos, pero si le he enseñado a colgarse y dar la vuelta de manera que quede como si fuese a hacer un back lever, también le ayudo a hacer dominadas pero asistiéndole porque no tiene todavía la fuerza.
For his safety I have not taught him any of the dynamic tricks, but I have taught him how to hang and turn around as if he was going to do a back lever, I also help him to do pull-ups but assisting him because he does not have the strength yet.

Bueno amigos esto ha sido mi post, he tenido varios niños que quieren que le enseñe pero abril ha sido la más constante, me gustaría en un futuro formar un pequeño grupo de niños calisténicos para llevarlos a un nivel profesional cuando ya crezcan, es difícil pero no imposible, y buenos amigos, me despido...
