Hey everyone, it’s us from CBRS Podcast! We just dropped episode 57 and, as always, we had a blast recording it. Here’s everything we talked about in simple words straight from us.

Hard Fork 28 Went Smooth – But Check Your Witnesses!

We started the show with the usual BOOM and jumped right into @Hive-Echo and the Wheel Of Names to shout out the latest winners. Congratulations to @patienceakpan, @roswelborges, @palabras1, @oadissin and @handsome44.

Hard Fork 28 happened a couple days ago and everything ran super smooth – almost no problems at all. The only thing we really want everyone to do is go check your #witnesses. Some are inactive or still running old versions. Pick fresh, active ones that updated to HF28. It only takes a minute and it helps the whole chain stay strong and fast.

Huge Wins for Curators + New Features Live Now

The #curation reward change is honestly one of the best updates we’ve had in a long time. Before, if you voted multiple times in a row your voting power kept dropping even at 100%. Now? You can vote 1 time, 5 times, 10 times – it stays the same strength every single time. That means curation rewards are about to go way up. Perfect time to start voting like crazy and earn more!

We also got recurring transactions to the same account (you can now set up multiple ones), plus HBD is excluded from the calculation of inflation in DHF – that’s roughly 25% less inflation overall. All the small details are in the official posts from @gadrian, @keychain and @gungunkrishu.

Hive Feels Strange + Price Almost Touching Steem!

The vibes on Hive right now is completely different from one or two years ago. It doesn't feel like a real community and people stopped building, posting, caring.

And the HIVE price? We hit $0.9871 not long ago and it's very close to Steem price at $0.678. Half a year ago Steem was only 12 cents and we were at 30+ cents. Look at us now...

Disneyland Destroyed Minigunners Wallet

@minigunner spent the weekend in Disneyland with the family – three full days of pure magic and pain. We’re not gonna lie: 200 euros disappeared in what felt like 20 minutes on food, toys, and bubble wands that cost 30 euros (we could buy 10 of those on Temu). But seeing the kids light up, snow falling while Minigunner's daughter little Elsa stood in her dress – man, those moments are priceless. You have to treat yourself and your family sometimes. Life isn’t just grinding – it’s also making memories.

We also talked about some cool projects from @acidyo and @hivetrending like @CommentRewarder (still going strong but sometimes struggles with liquid Hive), we do love the new @ReblogRewarder idea, but think it will create even more headaich with Liquid HIVE, and last @TheMarkyMark’s new DHF proposal, fingers crossed it gets funded.
