Ingredients
ā 60ml Double Espresso, suggested: Natural Colombian or Natural Ethiopian coffee
šÆ 5g Honey Solution, prepared with 1 part Beechworth Honey and 1 part water
š¬ 5g Brown Sugar Simple Syrup, prepared with 1 part brown sugar and 1 part water
š 5g Passion Fruit Syrup, strained from John West Passion Fruit pulp
šµ 5g Cold-Brewed Earl Grey Tea
Instructions
1- Prepare the Double Espresso:
- Use your espresso machine to brew a double shot (~60ml) of espresso. Allow it to cool slightly.
2- Prepare the Honey Solution:
- Mix equal parts Beechworth Honey and water. Measure 5g of this honey solution.
3- Prepare the Brown Sugar Simple Syrup:
- Combine equal parts brown sugar and water. Measure 5g of this syrup.
4- Prepare the Passion Fruit Syrup:
- Strain the pulp of John West Passion Fruit to achieve a syrup-like consistency. Measure 5g of this syrup.
5- Measure Cold-Brewed Earl Grey Tea:
- Measure 5g of cold-brewed Earl Grey tea and set aside.
6- Mix Ingredients:
- In a Fellow mixing carafe, combine the double espresso, honey solution, brown sugar syrup, passion fruit syrup, and Earl Grey tea.
7- Stir and Combine:
- Use a small spoon to thoroughly stir the mixture in the carafe until all components are well combined.
8- Serve:
- Pour the mixed coffee concoction into a clean, stemmed serving glass.
