It's been a month since what I'm about to tell you today happened. But first, dear friends of #ThrowbackThursday, I would like to say hello and wish you all well.

That Thursday I had the day off and I didn't feel like sitting at home, idly. For this reason I visited for the first time the monthly show that the Madrigalist Choir prepares at its headquarters. As I had never been there, it caused me great curiosity, although I knew that the vocal group ConPaz, of which I am a faithful follower, would be invited.

Punctually the space started and I confirm that there is nothing better than a choir singing just in front of you. At that moment I could better appreciate every chord and every independent movement of the strings, and I was really delighted. The director Ariel Fonseca, with his marked charisma, welcomed everyone.

He explained that one of the objectives of this space was to make other artists known that we see on the streets every day but we do not know their work. That's why his first guest was an important announcer of the city. I don't usually listen to radio, but the people around me were very excited about it. She talked about her beginnings in the sector, told several anecdotes and even gave a closure as she would in any program. It was exciting!

Then came one of the moments I was waiting for the most, the presentation of Vocal ConPaz. They have a unique charisma that the differences of all the groups in the city. The singers of the Madrigalist Choir themselves were speechless when they heard them. There was also a soloist of the choir singing a very popular song well known by everyone who was there. Truly touching.

And to make the space even better, the other guest they interviewed was the director of Vocal ConPaz. They both studied Music Education together and it was amazing to hear their stories and see how they have maintained their friendship over time. It was even better to see how even today they are still dedicating themselves to music with the same passion with which they studied a long time ago.

The show continued later with other dynamics and special moments, making that morning something memorable. What I took away from that day was the lesson that when you do things with love there is no unforeseen event that can bring down your dedication or the satisfaction of knowing that you are doing things right.

Hace ya un mes que sucedió lo que hoy les vengo a contar. Pero antes, estimados amigos de #ThrowbackThursday, quisiera saludarlos y desearles que estén bien.

Aquel jueves tenía el día libre y no me apetecía quedarme sentado en casa, de brazos cruzados. Por esta razón visité por primera vez el show mensual que prepara el Coro Madrigalista en su sede. Como jamás había estado me causaba gran curiosidad, aunque sabía que estaría invitado el grupo Vocal ConPaz, del que soy fiel seguidor.

Puntualmente el espacio comenzó y confirmo que no hay nada mejor que un coro cantando justi en frente de tí. En ese momento pude apreciar mejor cada acorde y cada movimiento independiente de las cuerdas, y realmente quedé encantado. El director Ariel Fonseca, con su marcado carisma, dió la bienvenida a todos.

Explicaba que uno de los objetivos de ese espacio era dar a conocer a otros artistas que día a día vemos en las calles pero desconocemos su obra. Por eso su primera invitada fue una importante locutora de la ciudad. Yo no acostumbro a escuchar radio, pero las personas a mi alrededor estaban muy emocionadas con ella. Ella habló de sus inicios en el sector, contó varias anécdotas e incluso dió un cierre como lo haría en cualquier programa. ¡Fue emocionante!

Luego vino uno de los momentos que más esperaba, la presentación de Vocal ConPaz. Ellos tienen un carisma único que los diferencias de todas las agrupaciones de la ciudad. Los mismos cantores del Coro Madrigalista quedaron boquiabiertos cuando los escucharon. También se presentó un solista del coro cantando una canción muy popular bien conocida por todos los que allí estaban. Verdaderamente conmovedor.

Y para mejorar aún más el espacio, el otro invitado al que entrevistaron fue el director de Vocal ConPaz. Ambos estudiaron juntos Educación Musical y fue increíble escuchar sus historias y ver cómo han mantenido su amistad a lo largo que el tiempo. Aún mejor fue ver cómo incluso hoy se siguen dedicando a la música con la misma pasión con la que estudiaron tiempos atrás.

El show continuó más tarde con otras dinámicas y momentos especiales, haciendo de aquella mañana algo memorable. Lo que me llevé de ese día fue la lección de que cuando haces las cosas con amor no hay imprevisto que pueda derribar tu entrega ni la satisfacción de saber que estás haciendo las cosas bien.
