As time ticks and days pass, the economy of the country dwindles. I don't want to talk about the past as such. Let's come to the recent happenings in the country

  • Insecurity
  • Politics
  • poverty

The level of insecurity in the country has become so tiring that nowhere is safe. Terrorists attack the house of God and kill people like chickens. They kidnap and rape our women and young girls

One thing really keeps me thinking

We know that the boko haram terrorist groups reside in the zambiza forest, but still, a massive attack of destruction has never been launched. Our soldiers are given arms that are unworthy to face these terrorists and they die like fowl on the battlefield. For years the group has been expanding and gradually taking over some parts of northern Nigeria. I'm very sure that the Nigerian government has refused to seek foreign aid to invade the terrorist's hideout because the group was set up by some of them in power. What a shame

If you check the Nigerian economy statistics, the National Bureau of Statistics would give analysis and figures that does not reflect or have any positive impact in the standard of living of the citizens. Just 3 years ago, the minimum wage was increased to #30,000 (around $43 @700 rate) but price of commodities went almost 3X. So what the hell are we saying
?

Many things have gone wrong in the country. We are ruled by the dumbest president ever. The 2023 election that is about to come is unpredictable. The state of the nation is fucking in shamble. The unemployment rate is on the high

To say the fact, the future of the country is waiting for the leaders of tomorrow which are the youths of today to gear up to pay the huge dept the past and current governments are piling up

With the political uproar, the state of the nation would keep declining if we have the same set of people in power again in 2023

poverty is already ravaging the kind of life we are living in the country, or should I say it's causing havok to the citizens existence. Many cannot afford a square meal. No jobs, no nothing. Innocent young children are becoming petty thieves on the street because of hunger. See, it's only those that live among the paupers that would understand what poverty really is

Like seriously, if it continues this way, many people would be affected. The set of people that would seem not to get the heat as such are those that already have ground in the crypto world because the Nigerian currency might keep bowing to dollars as the economy melts and goods and services keeps going to the moon

I just hope we have the right leaders that would reshape the country. If not, things will get worse as time goes by

Thanks for reading.
