Combining human creativity and AI productivity

Good day, amazing people of the Hive Blockchain. Welcome back to my blog. It is another edition in the
community. I am so delighted to participate in this week's prompt. Who would you hire?Say you're starting a company; who would you have work for you, humans or AI agents?
The world keeps advancing day by day, and it has really made humans question themselvesif AI will replace them. The way technology keeps improving really puts humans in fear because in time to come, AI will be handling most of the duties that humans do.
Before this AI came into existence, humans had been discharging their duties effectively, and in the end, they received payment for their work, but since AI came into existence, humans have been in competition with AI.
I strongly believe that when opening a company, you should know what you want and look for people that will carry out their duties effectively. For me, I will hire the two for the successful running of my company. The two are very useful for me and my company.
When it comes to hiring someone, any company has what they look for in their goals, vision, and mission, and then they will decide on the people they will employ. For me humans are very important in every organisation. When it comes to feelings, AI don’t have them, and they are not in the best place to handle humans when it comes to emotions. I can remember the problem: I was depressed. My colleague was empathising with me, but it was hard, being that I was the only AI in my company. Depression could have killed me.
I can’t just wrap away humans from my company because these people need jobs to always cater for their families. Humans have a lot to offer in my company; they are creative, full of innovation, and perceptive. Even the AI we are talking about is being created by humans. If humans can create such a thing, they are great and amazing. I see no reason why they should be discarded.
I have this idea that AI is here to assist man and not take his place. With AI, work will be very easy and less stressful, so it should not stop man from working. AI can’t replace humans; rather, it will relieve stress from man. One thing about AI is the process, and they can’t work out of the command; even the AI depends on humans.
The reason I am hiring AI in my company is to support and augment human work and make work easy for them. I will not want my workers to overstress themselvesin the company where I am currently working; they overuse us, and most times it affects our productivity, but if we have AI assisting us, we will produce more work and have less stress.
I think the people that create AI didn’t create it to replace humans but rather to make work easy for man. If AI is generated by man and being processed by man, why then will it outshine man?
This is my response to the weekly prompts on the
topic: Who will you be hiring?Thank you for stopping by my blog. I really appreciate your comments, support, and upvotes. Do have a lovely day.
