Sábado de Freestyle [ESP/ING]

Hello to all Hive users and athletes of the Street Workout Community!
This is one of the best days of the week: freestyle day, especially since it falls on the weekend. Along with my training partners, we hauled some foam mats to a park that "nobody" uses. The bar there is in perfect condition, despite its age.
Upon arrival, I warmed up with a gentler swing than the one I use for intense dynamics. I also briefly reviewed the kick-off for turns, without actually reaching for the bar yet. After verifying key details like height, rotation speed, and visualizing the target precisely, I proceeded with my first dynamics.
I started with a 360 combined with a barspin and a super pullover, followed by another 360 that I failed at. My endurance is improving steadily, albeit slowly; I don't train dynamics that often, so I had to adapt quickly to the pressure on my forearms.
Then I tried a supra 180, which I'm still struggling to perfect: my feet aren't flowing smoothly yet. The most important thing is that I can get a good grip; I combine it with a barspin and a dragon 360, finishing with a full planche.
After several combos, I decided to practice a geinger. The first attempt resulted in a decent spin; the second, better. But when I landed, I realized I wasn't landing sideways, but face-first, with my back to the bar. That's when I understood I need to work on my backflip: those spins were just an assisted progression to overcome my fear.
