A Short Break for a Stronger Return

Hello @Hive family, I wanted to let you know that I would be taking a vacation from regular online participation. Things have been quite stressful lately, and my resources . what I'm calling my "RC" are critically low, at a mere 10.36. This isn't simply a brief dip! I really need to take a break and recharge before I can fully participate again.
For those unfamiliar with my "RC" measure, it is a personal gauge that I use to monitor my available energy, time, and mental ability. It is a comprehensive metric that includes physical health, sleep, stress levels, and overall well-being. When my RC is high, I feel energized, engaged, and able to actively participate in conversations and initiatives. But when it drops to 10.36, as it has now, that signifies I'm running on fumes. Attempting to compel engagement would be counterproductive, it would result in burnout and, ultimately, limit my ability to contribute meaningfully in the future.
This is not a decision I have made lightly. I sincerely like connecting with all of you, and I appreciate the conversations, partnerships, and friendships we've formed. Stepping away feels like letting a team down, which I don't want to do. However, addressing my health is critical right now. Ignoring the warning signs would result in a longer and more substantial absence in the future.
Consider this if you were running a marathon, you would not push through extreme weariness and risk damage. You'd take a pause to recover, then return stronger. That is exactly what I need to accomplish. This break is not about disappearing, rather, it is a planned withdrawal to enable a more sustained and robust comeback.
During this period, I'll be focusing on self-care, getting enough rest, and refilling my RC. I will probably be less attentive to messages and unable to participate in group activities or projects. I sincerely apologize in advance for any trouble this may create. I'll keep you posted on my progress and notify you when I feel more invigorated and ready to reconnect. In the meanwhile, I appreciate your understanding, patience, and continuous support. It means everything to me. Until then, take care of yourselves!
Thank you for understanding!
