Two Sisters, One Perfect Day šÆāāļøš

Hey dear Hivers! I hope everyone is doing great today. š
Iām sharing a little story about my day with one of my favorite humansāmy youngest sister.

We were both out that day handling our own errands. Late in the afternoon, I asked her if she was done with work since I happened to be near her office. When she said yes, we quickly made plans to meet at Ayala MRT Station.
I headed straight to the station⦠only to be greeted by a massive crowd. I lined up and waited for the train, but when the first train arrivedāno luck. It was packed to the brim. The second and third trains passed, and still, I couldnāt get in. People were pushing their way inside even though there was barely any space left.
So I waited patiently for the next oneāand finally! I managed to squeeze myself in. I just had to stay extra careful because I was standing right next to the door. š
It was really full of people inside the train. When the train finally stopped at Ayala Station, I squeezed my way out, went up the stairs, and passed through the electronic gate to enter the mall area.
Since I got there first, I waited for my sister inside the mall. A few minutes later, she arrived, and we immediately started laughing and sharing stories about our crazy commute. We walked around while talking, passing by different shops and checking out some items I needed.
We spent a few minutes roaming around the womenās fashion sectionājust browsing, pointing out styles, and making quick comments like we always do. After that, we decided to head to the other mall connected to Ayala for more options.
When our stomachs started growling, we looked at each other and said the same thing: Letās find a place to eat.
So we started searching for a restaurant where we could finally sit down, relax, and enjoy our little sister date.
The mall was pretty big, so choosing a place to eat took us a while. We kept walking, scanning restaurants left and right, but nothing felt like the oneāuntil we spotted Popeyes. Without overthinking, we both said, āLetās just eat here.ā

Of course, it was crowded too. All the seats were taken, and people were still lining up. So we checked the menu first, decided on our orders, and placed them right away. After that, we went on a mini-mission to search for an empty seat.

Luckily, we found one free table tucked in the cornerāalmost like it was waiting for us. We quickly sat down, feeling relieved, and went right back into our conversation while waiting for our number to be called. It felt niceājust the two of us, talking nonstop, finally relaxing after the long commute and the crowd.
When our food finally arrived, we dug in right awayāenjoying our Popeyes chicken, fries, and spaghetti. It felt so good to just sit, eat, and talk without rushing. We stayed there for quite a while, sharing stories, laughing, and just enjoying each otherās company.

Eventually, we had to wrap things up since we needed to catch the train before the station closed. So we gathered our things and slowly made our way back, still chatting as we walked.

It was such a simple day, but it turned into an endless fun night for us. Iām really glad we got to spend moments like this togetherājust sisters, just us, making memories in the middle of a busy day.
I'll catch you on my next blog beautiful people! Have a great day! š
