If you can look at my account in hiveblocks.com, you will see I delegate HPs to a lot of people (commonly for Splinterlands players like you).

It has come to my attention that we are eating up more

It also takes time (and patience 😅) to explain HP to those who only know RC.

So here I am compiling the most Frequently Asked Questions so I can just send this link to you.

1. How much RC do I need?
It depends on your usage.
Only need RC to Rent cards in playing Splinterlands = 5-15HP
Buy n Sell in Splinterlands = 20-50HP

*range of HP depends on the number of cards

2. How much RC will 1HP give me?
1HP = 1Million RC
HP increases max RC
more HP = higher max RC
RC refills 20% of max daily
higher max RC = higher refill rate RC
with higher HP, you will feel your RC% go down slower when you transact

3. Once HP is delegated, will it immediately reflect on my RC%?
YES, it will reflect immediately
the increase in RC% will depend on how many HP you currently have
with 0 HP, you will have a base of 3Million RC.
Say you already spent your 3Million RC and you are now sitting at 0 RC
Say you asked for 1HP delegation
